You are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. For monthly plans, your card is charged on the same date each month. For annual plans, you are charged once per year and save 17% compared to monthly billing. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after each successful payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers. Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time. When switching to annual, you will be charged the annual rate at the start of your next billing cycle and receive a pro-rated credit for any remaining days on your monthly plan. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are billed a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Note that downgrading may reduce device/site/user limits and lock advanced features like ISO 50001 modules and AI optimisation until you upgrade again.
Yes — no cancellation fees, ever. After cancellation your account remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after expiry so you can export energy reports and ESG data. To cancel, contact us at info@asterstreambuild.com.

After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, our team provisions your account within 1 business day. You will receive an email with your login credentials (Tenant ID, username, and temporary password). Enterprise customers receive a dedicated onboarding video call.
AsterStream is compatible with standard industrial IoT gateways supporting Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet/IP, MQTT, or OPC-UA (Advantech, Delta, Moxa and others). A single-site deployment with an existing gateway takes 1–3 days. If new hardware is required, add 1–2 weeks for procurement and installation.
We support Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, BACnet/IP, MQTT, OPC-UA, and REST API ingestion. Compatible devices include energy meters, power quality analysers, HVAC chillers, industrial motors, solar PV inverters, EV charging stations, and UPS systems. Hardware from Advantech, Delta, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and Honeywell is fully compatible.
Yes. AsterStream supports Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and more. Each tenant configures local electricity tariffs, CO₂ emission factors, and currency. All subscription prices are in USD; Stripe handles multi-currency conversion automatically.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). The platform is multi-tenant with strict data isolation. We comply with Singapore PDPA. Infrastructure is hosted on major cloud providers with ISO 27001 certified data centres. We never sell or share your operational data.
